General Wholesale info
*It is the
customers responsibility to check on the status of every order placed,
particularly customers who pay via credit card. While we do make attempts to
contact the customer if a problem arises; unfortunately the customer is not
always reached in time and for that matter Merry Modes cannot be held
responsible for any upgrades in shipments.
*Upgraded orders
must be faxed in.
*There is no
combining of discounts and promotions.
*There is a
$10.00 drop ship fee for any drop ship order in addition to the original ship
charges.
MINIMUM ORDERS
New
accounts: There is a 10pc.
First Time order, 3pc
minimum after that, or a surcharge of $8.00.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returned item(s)
It is the customers’
responsibility to check on status of their order.
UPGRADE orders must be faxed in.
Current
accounts: Three piece order minimum, there is an $8.00 handling fee for
orders under minimum.
TERMS
New
Accounts: All new accounts must pre-pay via Credit Card or Check for the
first order.
No returns accepted or claims allowed after 5 days from receipt of shipment.
C.O.D-Check
or Money Order: All C.O.D
shipments will have an extra $9.00 charge plus a fee of 2% (of the total value
of the invoice) for "UPS COD"
charges. Any and all charges are subject to change without prior notification
depending on any new UPS
rates. It is highly recommended to pay by Credit Card or Check
by Phone. Check by
Phone orders will be charged a $1.00 processing fee.

"Check by Phone": Accounts will now be able to pay using our
newly aquired "Check by
Phone" service, avoiding any extra shipping charges,
particularly the $9.00 fee from UPS COD.
Check by Phone orders
will be charged a 2% processing fee.
Credit
Card:
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa,
Mastercard, and American Express. Please complete the
following "Credit Card Information Form" and submit by fax to: (973) 773-2502 or via email to: credit@merrymodes2000.com
Open
Terms/Net: Must submit a commercial credit application to our accounts
receivable department in order to be approved for Open Terms. Please note that
the credit process takes approximately 2-4 weeks. All accounts applying for
credit must submit a completed Commercial Credit Application.
Misc: All Non Sufficient Funds checks will be charged a $35.00
bank fee. A finance charge of 3% per month will be charged on all past due
invoices. Legal fees and collection charges will be added as well. Merry Modes,
Inc. reserves the right to hold orders due to delinquent invoices.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Any
orders that are requested to be shipped USPS will be charged an extra $10.00
fee on the order and this may take up to
2 weeks.
*All shipments are F.O.B. Passaic, NJ.
*Merry Modes
usually ships white items within 48 hours. However, on occasion some items may
be out of stock, in such a case the item will be backordered and delivery may
take up to 4 weeks. Please inform customer service of any required wear date.
*All orders
are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (except weekends and holidays) regardless of
any purchase terms previously arranged, there is no guarantee that orders will
be processed within that time frame.
*All out of
stock items are automatically backordered unless otherwise noted..
*Customers will now be responsible for paying any shipping charges and/or
re-stocking fees if they refuse a package or it is returned by UPS to Merry
Modes after 3 delivery attempts.
RETURN POLICY
*All claims
must be made within 5 days after receipt of order.
*All returns
require an authorization in writing from Merry Modes, Inc.Unfortunately, items
returned without an authorization will not be credited, and the package will be
returned to sender at sender's expense.
*Returns will
be accepted only if the returned package is unopened and shows no signs of
having been worn.
*The customer
will be responsible for any shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee for any
returned items.
*All refunds
will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase or a credit will
be issued on the customers account with Merry Modes.
*There are no
returns for Custom Made garments.

wholesale, and are subject to change without any prior notification..
