How can I place an order?

When should I place my order?
It is highly recommended to order regular in stock items 2 weeks in advance. Custom orders or black or ivory
could take up to 4 weeks to manufacture. Call your order in as early as possible to avoid paying for upgrade
charges.
What is the length of your petticoats?
All of our full length petticoats are 39" - 40" long.
Tea-length or half slips vary. Ask Customer Service if you are not sure.
Can I have a petticoat customized?
Yes, we manufacture in the USA and can usually custome make anything. There are different charges depending on the customization; length, extra large waistbands, extra stiff nylon netting, etc. Ask Customer Service about these charges when placing your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the order, how quickly you need it and how you ship it. Using COD with UPS is an additional charge that UPS controls. You can log on to www.ups.com, www.USPS.com or www.FedEx.com and click on calculate postage time and cost. Follow the steps and you will get an approximate cost and time. Merry Modes always trys to ship the least expensive way.
What if Merry Modes does not have all my items in stock?
Merry Modes will attempt to contact you thru either phone, fax or e-mail to see what you want us to do. When placing your order you should tell customer service if you want your order sent complete, to call you if an item is not in stock or if you will accept back orders. This will save time and get your order shipped quicker.
Does Merry Modes ship outside the USA?
